Most Likely
We are imaginative, we are passionate, we are bold.
We are Most Likely.
Founded by writers and creative producers Laura Maxant and Hannah Fe Garcia, Most Likely is a powerhouse for all things story. We believe that our greatest strength is our inner child. So, we make it a point to lean into the silliness, nostalgia, and awkwardness that make the stories and characters we love feel real. From romance and comedy to action and adventure, you can count on us to tell fun, heartfelt, and relatable stories.
So, what are you waiting for?
What We Do
We write! Armed with years of experience in film, television, theater, and publishing, we know story. And we want to help tell yours.
✺
Story Development
Stuck in the weeds of world building? Character motivations not coming across? Need writers to flesh out your treatment? Whether you’re starting from scratch or struggling to craft an outline, Most Likely can solve the problems plaguing your project.
✺
Script Development
You’ve done the hard work of story development, but now you’re stuck. Maybe you're a company and need a writer to execute your vision. Maybe you’re a writer struggling to win the battle against the “blank page.” Either way, Most Likely has got you covered. Depending on your needs, we can punch-up and provide feedback on existing screenplays or write a screenplay from start to finish.
✺
Branding & Marketing
Find your company's voice. For us, storytelling isn’t just scripts! We can also tell the story of your brand and bring your vision to life.
What We’ve Done
Over the years, the creatives at Most Likely have worked as creative producers, project managers, and writers for companies such as GOOD HERO (working with Laurent Zeitoun and Gregory Ounahon) and MIND RIOT (working with Jonathan Keasey and Justin MacGregor) in addition to developing our in-house projects.
Across film, television, animation, novels, and comic books, we’ve developed and managed over 20 IPs through every stage of development and pre-production.
During initial concept and story development, we’ve conducted research and interviews, identified trends, pitched original ideas and storylines, developed characters, and created/shaped worlds from initial idea to working concept.
During script development, we’ve written bibles, pilots, feature-length screenplays, treatments/outlines, and pitch documents and decks. We’ve also supervised and collaborated with other writers on projects in development: providing feedback and line-by-line notes, punching-up dialogue and jokes, and script-doctoring. Lastly, we’ve organized and participated in writers rooms, brainstorming and pitching ideas to address problems and improve storylines.
Other writers we’ve worked with include: Toby Davies (Paddington 2, The Adventures of Paddington), Nick Luddington (Arcane), Kiel Murray (Cars, Raya and the Last Dragon), Alex Child (Temple, Proctor Valley Road), and Jonathan Wakeham (To Catch a Killer, Midas Man).
Below are some featured projects we’ve worked on!

We are
Most Likely
We’re writers, creatives, and producers. Though we’re experienced in all different genres and types of stories, we love creating grounded, relatable characters and throwing them into wild adventures.
No matter how fun or zany the journey, we strive to write characters that you know. They’re our best friends, our next door neighbors, our family. They’re flawed and awkward. Scared, but brave. Small, but determined.
They’re you. They’re us. They’re Most Likely.
I was eight when I learned the hardest writing lesson I’d ever have to learn: YOU DON’T HAVE TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS WHEN A CHARACTER IS YELLING.
Despite kicking off my writing career in elementary school, I’ve been in the entertainment industry professionally for twelve years. I’ve worked for film and TV shows such as Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Orange is the New Black, and Law and Order: SVU (where I created the beloved, pun-driven comic book Fall and Order: Seasonal Victim Units). More recently, I’ve been a creative executive for companies like Good Hero and MindRiot where I managed and creative produced over 18 IPs spanning film, TV, animation, and graphic novels. I’ve developed projects from initial concept all the way through to the final production draft. And I supervised and collaborated with writers from the US and UK on scripts that are currently in pre-production. From 2021-2023, I was a finalist judge for the Page Screenwriting Awards competition, and I’ve been a script reader since 2024.
I grew up in New York and have lived in New York City, Los Angeles, and Paris — making London the next place I have to live if I want to hit all the classic Rom-com spots. Having traveled to over 30 countries, I’ve experienced different cultures, people, and relationships, allowing me to bring authentic and real perspectives to my characters and stories. My love of video games and improv comedy has given me an overactive imagination, and the ability to seamlessly blend reality and fantasy in my writing.
When I’m not swept up in my own imagination, you can find me writing comedy, action, adventure, and fantasy. Coincidentally, they are also my favorite genres to watch. Some favorites include The Goonies, The Spy Who Dumped Me, Only Murders in the Building, National Treasure, Fallout, and Notting Hill. But the show I’ll always be able to watch on repeat is Parks and Recreation.

My nephew once said I was “funnier than funny,” and now I’m just trying to live up to it.
I’ve been working in the entertainment industry for nine years, primarily in comedy and children/family content. My earliest experiences were on shows at The Second City comedy club and then two seasons at Saturday Night Live. From there, I worked at Lucasfilm Animation on Star Wars: Resistance, The Clone Wars, and The Bad Batch. Specializing in development, I spent four years as a creative executive project managing and creative producing a slate of over eighteen projects ranging from film and television to books and comic books. I have a BFA in Film & TV from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and a BS in Business from Stern School of Business. (I took out a loan the size of a small house, so please don’t judge me for mentioning it).
A nerdy kid at heart, I’m still a sucker for fandoms – Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, you name it. These fandoms are what have always inspired and influenced my work. You’ll find me watching comedy, horror, fantasy, and adventure movies. You’ll find me writing, well, just that! My childhood favorites are: Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, Spirited Away, Shrek, and Lilo & Stitch. The shows I can always rewatch are Community and Smallville.
I grew up in Rockford, Illinois and have been told I have a distinctly Midwestern voice and accent (though I’m still convinced we don’t have one!). My dad is from the Philippines, and my mom’s family has been in the US since the Mayflower (actually). Growing up mixed in the midwest is something that has always influenced my storytelling – stories of big families, multicultural characters, and fish out of water. I love writing every and anything, but my heart will always have a special place for the oddballs, outcasts, my fellow queers and the weird.
